Registration
You may come into the studio during open house registration dyas, by mail or online. When registering, please confirm appropriateness and availability of classes. Payment including annual or first month’s tuition and $25 registration fee must accompany all registrations. Once your registration is accepted, you will receive a confirmation and a place is reserved for you. Tuition Policies All youth and adult classes must be paid monthly or annually unless you are registered as a drop-in adult. Tuition will remain the same regardless of the number of classes in a month, as the year culminates with students receiving approximately four classes per month for each class registered.
The annual tuition is divided into 10 monthly installments due on or before your first class of each month, September through June, for all registered students.
A late charge of $5 will be added to the account of any registered student whose payment is received after the 10th of the month. Anyone more than two weeks late will not be admitted to class. There is a $20 charge for any returned checks.
Students choosing to discontinue classes must notify us in writing before the end of the current month.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. 2009-2010 Season Recital Our twenty-eigth annual recital is tentatively scheduled for June 19, 2010. All costume payments will be due November 7, 2009. For students in 2 or more dances, 50% of the total costume payment will be due November 7, 2009, with the balance due January 9, 2010. Students will receive additional recital information in the Fall neswletter. Participation in the recital is optional, though a commitment from those who are interested must be made by Janaury 9, 2010.
